We were in town for the UFO festival, we enjoyed our stay very much. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, the hotel was in a good location, and the room was quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly, will definitely stay here again. The hotel is near a Walmart and several eating places, the mall is also close by. We weren’t close to the festival but that didn’t matter since we had our own vehicle. We were also able to check in to our room early which was amazing because we wanted to freshen up and rest before the evening festivities. Also, the breakfast options were great!

The king size suite was very clean ,spacious, beds were very comfortable. Room was overall very nice and very very quite & enjoyable. The lighting was the best I've ever seen in a hotel room , let me just say it was very bright and clean ! Hallways were very quite at night . Very reasonable price !! Man the shower was super relaxing with two shower heads, one in your face other above your head both had great pressure & very hot water that lasted awhile. Definitely going to stay again if ever needed !

Even though the room I booked was not the room that I ended with, the staff and management were more than willing to help me with my needs. There was just a small overbooking issue that I was not notified of until we checked in. The manager then proceeded to do what he could to help me with our stay. Would definitely stay here again. This is an old hotel with smaller rooms however the hotel is extremely well decorated, remodeled and very clean. Breakfast was as good as seen on other reviews.

I travel to Roswell once a month and have done for 6 years. I have stayed in many places but Comfort Inn and Suites are absolutely fabulous. Luxurious room, well appointed ... Comfort the likes of which no other hotels in Roswell can come close. The staff were professional and ready at a moment's notice to accommodate my every need. I look forward to staying there again. I highly recommend anyone who wants the best in hotels in Roswell to book with them. Great value...
